"My girlfriend and I recently rented a townhouse from Stress Free Property Management and I must applaud the entire team, from the leasing agents Brande and Robin, but more so the service personnel.
As with many move-ins, there are issues that surface, usually the day you move in. For us that was over the weekend which presents another challenge for "non-emergency" issues. We had a problem with our carpet that prevented us from putting any furniture on it until it was fixed. Only having a two-day window to move, this was essentially a "non-emergency" emergency for us. We also had a series of leaky faucets and toilets.
One phone call with Robin and within hours a carpet guy and plumber showed up and fixed everything. I didn't get their names but I would like to thank them for their courteousness, professionalism, and proficiency in which they completed the maintenance requests.
I hope we don't have any other issues but if we do, I know they will be addressed promptly. Thank you and I look forward to at least a year of Stress Free living."

I found it very easy to jump through the hoops to rent my new home and Brande was informative about the process throughout. It is difficult for me to leave my job during the day and Brande arranged to have my new lease paperwork bought to my office for me to execute. I truly considered this above and beyond the typical call of duty. She handled the entire rental with ease and expertise.
I have had a few minor issues that required maintenance and so far have found the maintenance process to be easy to use and very prompt. When I called to advise that my refrigerator was not cooling properly, a repairman arrived in less than 24 hours. Great response and when he left it was working!
I also really appreciate the fact that I can communicate with you by email if needed.
