Keep in mind, we only manage single family homes and condos. We do
not manage apartments, duplexes, 55+ rentals, or homes in low income neighborhoods.
1)You can either schedule a 30 minute phone
appointment with me, just below,(takes a few seconds to load) to discuss your
property and allow me to answer your questions. Once you select your
appointment time, it is yours. I will call you at that time. (Property Owners Only!! Tenants fill out form in Step2)
2) Call the office at 813-831-7368 and ask for Kim.
She helps me answer your questions and explains our services. We are
open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm.
3) You can scroll down a bit further and fill out our
Contact Us Form, and it will email your information to us. Once I receive it,
please give us 1 business day to respond back. Thank you.
